Cancellation & Refunds policy

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

If after taking the virtual or in person tour to buy an apartment in Bay View Grand at Grand Island and The Resideces at Grand Island you decide to reserve it with a $10,000 USD Reservation fee.

In case of cancellation you will have 8 days counting from the day that you made the payment, to inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement and the full amount of $10,000 USD reservation fee will be reimbursed to the account of the same person that made the payment.
